MICRO FILMS
Making these films for aches we sometimes cant name.
This work is not here to explain, persuade, or comfort.
It exists to sit beside what cannot be resolved.
I am not interested in stories that promise healing.
I am interested in the moment before acceptance,
when something inside us recognizes itself but cannot yet return.
My films move by association, not instruction.
They speak in fragments, gestures, and absences.
Meaning is not delivered. It is discovered or not at all.
I refuse spectacle that distracts from feeling.
I refuse clarity that reduces mystery.
I refuse optimism that denies grief.
The human figure in my work is not a hero.
They do not overcome.
They pause, surrender, remember, and witness.
Nature is not a backdrop.
It is presence.
It does not console us. It reminds us of scale.
These films are not messages.
They are spaces.
If someone leaves feeling unsettled, quiet, or seen,
the work has done enough.
I am not here to fix broken spirits.
I am here to acknowledge that they exist
